I am an LPC- Associate and a certified School Counselor. I graduated from Sam Houston State with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2006. I later earned my Masters in School Counseling from Lamar University. I have worked in education for over 10 years in both Magnolia ISD and Tomball ISD This experience has given me the opportunity to help support many students, families, and fellow educators. Having been a teacher, coach and a school counselor I naturally have rapport with youth, but also enjoy working with adults.

I have in office and telehealth sessions available. I work out of the Tomball and Magnolia offices with day and evening appointments available.

Being a parent of a child with anxiety has also shaped my passion for helping others. Having witnessed my own child struggle at an early age with not only anxiety but also lack of self-confidence, is gut wrenching.  I will use my personal experience to help all of my clients and their families.

My mantra is that Mental Health matters. I strive to meet my clients where they are and partner with them to create their own unique roadmap to their goal. My goal is to ensure all of my clients feel safe and that their concerns are valid. Trust and open communication is key to a successful client- counselor relationship.

Taking the first step to making your mental health a priority is tough and I think it is absolutely awesome that you are doing it and I look forward to working with you on the journey.
