I am an LPC-Associate. I graduated from Florida College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and minored in Biblical Studies in 2006. I achieved my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University in 2023. I have worked in education and Christian ministry for over 15 years. In those 15 years I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various stages of life.

 

I have both in office and telehealth sessions available. I work out of the Magnolia and Tomball offices with day and evening appointments available.

 

Through my life experiences both as someone who has endured trauma and someone who has helped others in many different capacities I have learned that everyone has hurts, habits, and/or hang-ups that they need some assistance in overcoming. That is what led me to pursue training as a Licensed Professional Counselor. A guiding philosophy for me as a counselor is wonderfully expressed through the following quote from the Persian philosopher Rumi: “Be a lamp, or lifeboat, or a ladder. Help someone’s soul heal.”
