LISA WOOLDRIDGE

Greetings, my name is Lisa Wooldridge. I graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I focused specifically on Biblical knowledge and Business. Upon graduating Cum Laude, I decided to further my education at Liberty and began pursuing a Licensed Professional Counseling degree specializing in Clinical Mental Health.

I am an older student with a varied set of experiences. This allows me to stand with you in the temporary turbulent waters life sometimes gives or other mental health challenges. I approach my clients with both love and non-judgment. I believe individuals can manage their own lives therefore, my approach is relational. By obtaining new insights and using proven
techniques I help inform and guide one’s decisions in life’s journey. I enjoy working with adolescents, couples, individuals and facilitating groups.

My hobbies include gardening, reading, writing, enjoying the lake, hanging out with family, and loving on our fur baby, Beau Bear.

Lisa is in the office 2 days a week for in person sessions. Other sessions may be scheduled via Telehealth.
